  • This all depends on what you are looking for in a program and in a coach!!

    If you are just looking for a consistent program to follow weekly based on your goals, MadSculpt is a great option for you! It is the most cost effective program I offer, while also providing changing and science backed workouts that will actually get you results!

    If you are looking for more tailored workouts and a customized meal plan, along with direct guidance from me, I would recommend MadPump or MadPro!

  • Once you select your program, you will be sent to a page where you can sign up and you will get the link to download my app! The app is where you will have access to your workouts, meals, and everything else included in my programs.

  • After signing up, filling out personal info, and entering payment details, I will start working on your program. Depending on the package you choose your program could be ready in 24hrs. MadPump and MadPro may require 72-96hrs for a program to be made. For MadPro you will need to set up a call with me where we will go into more detail about your goals.

  • Yes. The reason I have chosen to do this is to encourage commitment and ensure that you continue to see progress month to month! Staying disciplined and committed is the most crucial part in seeing results.

    If you are a member of MadSculpt, this program renews each month and can be canceled any time.

    If you are doing 1-1 coaching with me, I require a minimum 90 day commitment as this is how long it typically takes to start seeing results. I have a limited number of spots available for 1-1 coaching so I want to make sure I have spots available for those who are really dedicated!

  • No! Each month your workout plan will be different with changes in specific exercises, weights and reps, meal plans, and macros which are all changing as you progress in your journey.

    It is important that most of your workouts stay the same for about 4 weeks before switching them up, so that you can make progress before moving on! (This is called progressive overload.)

  • Although you are able to do my program with no equipment if you prefer, I would recommend at least one set of dumbbells and some resistance bands if working out from home.My programs are customized to you, so we will build a program for you based on what you have at home.

    If you are following my program at the gym, your gym should have everything you need!

    When signing up for my program, I will provide a list of equipment I recommend and some of my personal favorite equipment.

  • I’m sad to see you go :( But I completely understand that sometimes life gets busy!

    If you need to cancel, make sure to email my team or send a message to me in the app at least 7 days before your initial sign up date so that you do not get charged for the next month.
