Our members lose up to 4lbs in one month with just 2-3 sessions per week! With the right diet and exercise plan you can lose that weight as well.
How do the memberships work at FITHUBLA?
You become a member by signing up for the monthly memberships or purchasing a package to train with one of our coaches. Once you are a member you will receive a 1:1 consultation and be set up for semi-private or personal training.
How do we help clients of personal trainers lose weight and gain muscle?
We focus on programs that change and progress monthly while providing each member with a personalized nutrition and activity plan. Focusing on nutrition, sleep, and activity allows us to get you results quickly.
What is more important nutrition of workouts?
We believe in a balanced approach. Strength training at FITHUBLA promotes muscle gain, while a well planned nutrition strategy helps you keep the muscle while losing body fat. We don’t condone any extreme dieting or lifting to see results.
What is your average weight loss and muscle gain?
This can vary substantially because not all clients have strict weight loss or muscle building goals. On average you can expect to lose up to 4lbs in a month of body fat and gain up to 2lbs of skeletal muscle mass.
What type of clients do you usually work with?
We work with clients of all ages and goals. We currently have members in there 60s and 70s as well as members in their 30s. Our job is to guide you through a healthy fitness plan. So no matter your age or your goals we can help you.
